These Terms of Service describe the rules for using Bridge Studio. By using the website or app, you agree to use the service responsibly and lawfully.
Using Bridge Studio
Bridge Studio provides online Bridge tables, AI practice, Daily Duplicate boards, and related learning features. You are responsible for how you use your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and may not share, sell, or misuse accounts. We may limit, suspend, or remove access if we believe an account is being used for abuse, cheating, disruption, or unlawful activity.
Fair play and conduct
Players must not harass others, exploit bugs, automate abusive behavior, interfere with games, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
Gameplay and leaderboards
Scores, matchpoints, multiplayer results, and Daily Duplicate standings are provided for entertainment and practice. We may correct, remove, or recalculate results if bugs, abuse, outages, or integrity issues affect a game.
AI practice
AI suggestions, hints, and computer players are provided for learning and entertainment. They may be imperfect and should not be treated as official Bridge instruction or tournament advice.
Content and feedback
If you submit feedback, reports, usernames, room names, or other content, you grant Bridge Studio permission to use it to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.
Service availability
Bridge Studio is provided on an as-available basis. We may update, change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service, and we are not responsible for interruptions, lost games, or temporary data issues.
No warranties
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Bridge Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect scoring, error-free AI, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bridge Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
